Choosing the right snowmobile track isn’t just about performance; it’s about experience.
At Revolution Powersports, we’ve spent years riding, testing, and fine-tuning sled setups right here in Whistler’s backcountry. As a family-run shop built by riders for riders, we know how much the right track can transform your day on the mountain. That’s why we’ve put together this compatibility guide which draws from real-world expertise and trusted brands like Composit and Camso, to help you find the perfect fit for your sled, whether you’re chasing deep powder or exploring tight tree lines.
Which tracks work best for your sled?
Here’s how the Composit and Camso options line up by brand.
Ski-Doo Riders
Best Options:
-
Composit M770-3R / M770-3 / M770 → Direct fit for most modern Ski-Doo mountain sleds (3.0” pitch for T3(3”) and 2017 models and up are 3.5P,, center porting compatible).
-
Composit M700 → Fits Ski-Doo models using 3.5” pitch; great upgrade for Summit series.
-
Composit M67-3R / M67 → Good option for older Ski-Doo models that still need a 2.62–3.0” pitch; balanced for mixed terrain. They are also available in a 3.5P for newer Skidoo + Polaris models.
-
Camso PowLifter 310 → Designed for deep-powder Ski-Doo riders who want a lightweight feel.
-
Camso Challenger 300LX 15” & 16” → Excellent for Ski-Doo mountain sleds; same 3.5” pitch and performance focus.
Ski-Doo riders will find the M770-3R and Camso PowLifter 310 are top choices for pure mountain power and lift.
Polaris Riders

-
Composit M700 → Specifically designed to fit new Polaris 3.5-pitch sleds (Matryx, RMK, etc.), but can also be used on older Polaris sleds with conversion — no driver change needed.

-
Camso PowLifter 310 → Works great on 3.5-pitch Polaris sleds for deep snow agility.
Polaris riders typically go for the M700 or Challenger 300LX 15” — both offer power and flexibility across setups.
